Another example of a teacher who used his trust to abuse those he was suppose to teach. His supporters described a religious man, father of 3 daughters etc.... yet there were witnesses that chased this asswipe down after he grabbed a 12 year olds back side. And he molested a 6 year old girl. And yet his supporters stood there and tried their hardest to convince the judge that he was not a danger to society. I'm so glad the judge used his head and decided that he was a danger to society.

Trust no one regardless of how friendly they may be. Talk to your kids and educate them about those who they can trust and those who they can never trust.
Helpful tips:

* It's okay to say NO, even to an adult who gives you an "uh-oh" feeling.
* It's not your fault if someone tries to touch you inappropriately.
* Tell a parent or another trusted adult if you feel bad.
* If you can't tell your parent, find someone else to help you -- maybe the parent of a close friend. Keep telling until you get help.

I've trained with Master Dale Garrison for 2 years and he is a Excellent San Soo Kung Fu Master. I have learned self defense technique that make me feel safe and I would say Dale is one of the best trainers I have every trained with. He really know how to train, and train till you learn the proper techniques without injuring yourself. I recommend Master Dale Garrison's class you'll enjoy it.

*Next 30 minutes on review on a basic 45 lesson
*Next 30 minutes on a more advance lesson
*Last part of the class is training hand and weapon forms

I met you while at a San Soo studio. I worked in the movie industry then and we talked on the weekends when you were there at the studio, Anyway, since I've been away from the San Soo world for some time, I was wanting to find out if the San Soo spectrum is expanding, as I think in my experience, it is the most effective art taught now.
If you are interested in practicing/learning martial arts...this just might be the place for you...not only is the environment at the La Mirada Community Center a very clean and safe one, Master Dale Garrison has created an atmosphere in which his students can learn at an accelerated rate but also in a fun and non threatening manner. Dale simply has a wealth of knowledge that he is willing to pass on and share with others...i cannot believe how much i have learned in the time that i have been participating in Master Dale's instruction of San Soo Kung Fu!
I'm being doing San Soo kung fu with Master Dale A Garrison for about six months at the LA MIRADA CITY HALL and its been great, I thought i knew how to apply self defense technique but i guess i was wrong!!! Nobody is perfect ha ha ha. Dale really get you trained very well, he knows the art back and forth so there are not short cuts. I love it and i think that anybody who wants to start in any fighting art should definitely try this one. Please don't tell anybody i do this!!!!
Where and when do you hold clases? I'm looking for a place to start training in kung fu. A studio that teaches weapons and practical street fighting methods.
I learned San Soo at a studio in Montebello Under the guidence of Al Hinojoza back in 1980 to 1983. I was just wondering if anyone else out there remembers this place ?
We had an incredibly huge place with huge murals.
